Eligibility to vote for the Election of Directors
You may vote for the Election of Directors by completing the Ballot Voting Paper included in this Notice.
Ballot Voting Papers must be received by ACO Certification Limited no later than 7 days prior to the AGM (Wednesday the 6th of November).
There is no voting for the Election of Directors at the AGM.
Eligibility to vote for all other business at the AGM
You may attend and vote at the AGM if you are an ACO Certification Limited shareholder as at 7.00pm (AEST) on 12 November 2024. Any person registered as an ACO Certification Limited shareholder at that time is entitled to attend and vote at the AGM in respect of those shares.
You can appoint a proxy using the proxy form accompanying this Notice.
A proxy does not need to be a shareholder. They may be an individual or a company. A company that is a proxy must appoint an individual to exercise its powers at the AGM
Your proxy must vote as you have specified in the proxy document.
If your proxy does not attend the AGM (or attends, but does not vote), then the Chairman of the AGM is appointed as your proxy.
